The cut off date for reserving a MEG hotel room is Friday, September 29, 2017. Please call the hotels if you need to combine a reservation at the conference rate with one at a regular rate.

Getting to College Station

Direct Flights

Texas A&M University is served by Easterwood Airport (Airport Code: CLL).

Surrounding Airports

College Station is a 1 ½-2 hour drive from both Houston airports (IAH and HOU) as well as the Austin airport (AUS). Airports in Dallas (DAL and DFW) are 3 hours from College Station. A variety of car rental services are available at each of these locations.

Shuttle

Guests who opt to fly into either Houston airport or Austin can use Ground Shuttle for travel to and from College Station. Seats are limited. Please check the shuttle schedule to organize your travel in the most convenient way.

Local Transportation

Taxis are available at Easterwood after each arriving flight. Lyft and Uber serve the Bryan/College Station area as well.
